[DSM-Iowa] Meals From The Heartland

The Des Moines Chapter members who will be packaging meals on Saturday
September 2 at Hy Vee Hall are as follows:  Helen Mejia, Soo Kee Jung,
Barbara and David Hammel, Cindy and Bob Ray, Becky and jeff Young, and
myself.

 

We will enter through the Community Choice Credit Union Convention Center
doors at 833 Fifth Avenue and gather near  the top of the escalator until
our entire group arrives.  Once both ICUB and NFB groups arrive, we can go
down the escalator and check in and have our tables assigned.

 

Our shift is from 10:30 A.M. to 12:30 PM.  They want us there from 5 to 10
minutes early.       I think we should all get there by 10:15 A.M. so we can
get checked in and start right at 10:30 A.M.

 

David, parking is free for Meals From The Heartland volunteers. Tell the
parking attendants you are a Meals From The Heartland volunteer. Park in the
far north lot closest to I-235.
