[DSM-Iowa] Changes to our Christmas party

Hello members, I hope this email finds all of you well.
I am sending this email to let all of you know about some changes to our Christmas party.
Due to some un for seen circumstances at the Department for The Blind, We won’t be having our Christmas party on Saturday December 11th. This cannot be helped.
What we are hoping is that the Caterer will be willing to move the party to January. We will have our regular meeting on January 10th, at the regular time. We will have the elections, conduct our business, play the presidential release, and then we will feast. 
This is the plan, but still waiting to here from the Caterer. 
There is the possibility that she might not be agreeable to this. If she doesn’t, I will give you all information on what is going to happen as I get it.
I know this is short notice, but it just couldn’t be helped. More information to come.
