[DSM-Iowa] August chapter meeting

Hello again,
Our next chapter meeting will be held on August 9th in the assembly room at 2:00 as usual.
After the meeting, we are going to have an indoor picnic.  There are still items that we need, so please contact Sharon Omvig, At skomvig at gmail.com or call her at 5156573155
It is important to contact her, so that we don’t get to much of one item. This way we can have lots of good food.
The entrée is going to be provided by the chapter, Bob Ray and Becky young are going to handle the details pertaining to that. We will have barbecued pulled port sandwiches on Kings Hawaiian buns, and smoked chicken. We still need potato salad, Potato chips and dip, Veggie tray, Fresh fruit, water melon, and cantaloupe, If there is something you would like to bring that isn’t on the list let us know.
Here is a list of some of the things that we are having.  pasta salad, Barbara, Cole Slaw Sharon, Baked beans Teri Wilcox, Desert, Chelsey, and Becky. We also need someone to bring a gallon or two of lemonade.  Jeff and I will be providing the plates, cups, napkins, and silverware.
Also we would like for you to bring a friend. If you are going to do this we do need to know, so that we can plan the food accordingly.   
 this is going to be a fun time.
