Hello members, my intention is not to be rude here. Would you please get with Sharon on vague regarding restaurant suggestions. I honestly think it’s time to end this thread. Email me off the list if you don’t have Sharon‘s information and I will pass the suggestions along to her. I think the thread is getting a little out of hand. We are kind of beating a dead horse at this time. The social committee is the one who handles this particular part of it as I said, I do not mean to be rude. I have already apologized and I am working on trying to fix it. Thank you very much.

There are quite a few restaurants on the Ingersoll corridor, such as:
Gusto Pizza, Eatery A, Noodles and Co. Ted’s Kony Island, The Cheese Bar, The Station on Ingersoll, El Patio, Star Bar, Americana, Django, etc. etc.

I would propose we go to Tupelo Honey after the next meeting.

While everyone was having fun piling on the decision to not go to a downtown place during Girls Boys Basketball or wrestling tournaments Enrique suggested that there were other places that were on bus lines.

I asked for suggestions of what places they might be.
So still waiting for some suggestions  on places other than those downtown for when the downtown places will be packed.

We went to Buzzard Billy's before COVID during a tournament.  While some might have enjoyed the two hour wait some of us didn't.

When it is possible to go to downtown places it is everyone's desire to do so.

When it is not practical we would like to have some alternatives.

I have no idea why this had to turn into an argument. Enrique simply asked if closer restaurants could be considered. I through out suggestions and left it at that.
I don't understand why others didn't just do the same and the person in charge of meetings take that information for future events into consideration.
He/she said arguments are never helpful.
