[DSM-Iowa] CONSTITUTION REVIEW

Greetings, We promised you at the last meeting that we would have a
Constitution Review on ZOOM before the next meeting. Since there isn't time
in a regular business meeting and we have proposed changes in I believe ten
of the thirteen articles of the constitution here is what we will do.

 

On Tuesday evening, April 30 at 7:00 pm we will have a ZOOM meeting where
you may come and we will go through the Constitution Article by Article.
After each Article we will give you  an opportunity to ask any questions
about that article.

 

At the chapter meeting in May we will read the entire constitution and then
at the end a motion will be made to  adopt the revised Constitution. We then
vote it up or down. Remember it takes a two thirds majority vote of those
present and voting to pass amendments. 

 

If you have questions before the ZOOM meeting give me a call and I will try
to answer them. Scott will send out the invite closer to the date of the
meeting.
