[DSM-Iowa] Fundraising Committee Meeting.

Dear Federationists in and around Des Moines,

 

              As I said in yesterday's Chapter Meeting, we could use a few
more members in our Fundraising Committee.  Thus, I'm inviting everyone who
wants to know more about it to join us Tuesday night at 7:30 p.m.  

              Some people expressed interest in a Walkathon yesterday, so
we'll discuss planning for that.  I also have a catchy alternative we could
use in place of our usual 50/50 for a while to add a bit of variety; it's
called a Jackpot Calendar and we'll discuss it.  Also, we want some small,
useful gizmo to see to the public and at National and State Conventions.
I've found a vendor that rates very high on the BBB's reviews and they offer
a wide variety of useful things on which we could put our logo.
