[DSM-Iowa] DART Update

Hello:

I took the survey this morning and pointed this out to them that I couldn’t tell what anything was because of the pictures. By the same token, I also told them that with these new bus stops we’re going to need to be able to know where the stops are without leaving the walking path. Having the sign way out in the middle of a grassy berm is not going to help us.
