I think there may have been some confusion about who needs to RSVP. Even if you have your own transportation, please let Roger know you are coming as we need to know how many lunches to order and it will help us plan our agenda better. If you are planning to attend and have not yet done so, please let Roger know ASAP.

Happy New Year NFBI,

It’s time to work on the details for our day at the capitol. 
The day will run from 9:30 AM until roughly 4:00 PM on February 10, here in Des Moines. Lunch is included.
We need to build a count of who plans to attend.
If you can make it, please contact Roger with the following info.
1. Your name and any other people coming with you.
2. Please let him know if you need transportation.
3. Please also let Roger know if you have your own transportation and can pick up others.
We will then help with coordinating drivers. As a reminder, we have funding to assist with paying drivers, and we do not want transportation to be a barrier for anyone.
Please contact Roger by January 19 so we have time to get the transportation arrangements figured out.
