216B.5 Commission employees.<br>
The commission shall employ staff who shall be qualified by<br>
experience to assume the responsibilities of the offices. The<br>
director shall be the administrative officer of the commission<br>
and shall be responsible for implementing policy set by the<br>
commission. The director shall carry out programs and policies<br>
as determined by the commission.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
