The last date to have this done is August 31st. We need time to get all of the arrangements made. The last day we can accept payment is September 12th the day of our chapter meeting. You can bring your payment to our chapter meeting in the form of cash or check. If anyone would like to mail there payment to David Hamel, pleas email, call, or message me privately and I will give you the information.If anyone needs assistance with paying for transportation.
