[Dtb-talk] Library of Congress and DAISY

I was told by a regional library directory that the Library of  
Congress has instructed them not to refer to the new players or the  
digital program as DAISY? Is this the case? Has there been some sort  
of change in the program or players such that they would no longer  
play DAISY? Does anyone know anything about why this would be the case?
