[Dtb-talk] issues with using victor stream

hehe Ray, if it *were* that easy, NLS would probably have done
exactly that.
this project has been under way for a close to a decade. I can pick
large holes in the project today, but its harder if you realize the
timeline that NLS is working in.
I would, however, love to see humanware build something like this as
part of the next generation of the stream - assuming they build one.
