[Dtb-talk] new card for Victor reader

Put the empty card into the Stream and turn it on; it'll say no books or 
something similar. Then turn it off. Then the directory structure will 
have been automatically set up for you.

Alternatively, either manually set up the $VR????? directories or have 
Humanware Companion do it for you; then you can download books to their 
appropriate directories, of course.
