This is a MacOS and Perl script that will transform Full Audio/Full  
Text DAISY/NISO z3986 (2005) books such as those made by the Daisy  
Pipeline to Text Only DAISY/NISO z3986 (2005) books.

By all rights this function should be in the Daisy Pipeline but it is  
not at this point so I wrote this. Just direct the program or script  
to the directory with the .opf file and  it will make a new directory  
with the text only version.
