Subject: AMIS 3.1, the New Version of DAISY Playback Software Has Been Released
Dear All:
The DAISY Consortium announces the new release of AMIS software.
AMIS is a free, open source software application for reading DAISY books.
It is self-voicing, therefore specialized screen-reading software is not needed.
AMIS 3.1 supports multi-volume DAISY 2.02 books and can be downloaded
from the AMIS project page<http://www.daisy.org/projects/amis/>.
Kind regards,
Varju Luceno
Communications and Marketing Specialist
