Hello Tina:

I would stay away from the physical description and function of each key. 
This info can be included in your demonstration.

Load up each device with the type of files they are capable of handling. 
Then go from file type to file.

NLS DAISY books choose one with a high level of mark up such as a magazine 
will have three levels to demo navigation and bookmark.

MP3 files both music and audio
