[Dtb-talk] Bookshare and the NLS player

Here is a thought for the list to talk over. Many of you are likely
Bookshare member and have read their books. Bookshare produces text
only Daisy books which are small and fine if you have a player able to
read them, for example the VictorReader Stream.
One issue that I can foresee in the future is the need to play a
Bookshare title on an NLS issued player which does not support text
only Daisy titles.
I have developed but have never released a program that will read the
Bookshare XML files and transform them into a DTBook XML file which
can then be rendered as a full text full audio DAISY book which will
play in the NLS playback device. Is this something anyone would ever
find useful? Should I even be bothered with it? What say you all.
