[Dtb-talk] victor reader stream and Nls problem

Hello. I recently installed the latest version of the victor reader stream software and Humanware Stream companion. I have been trying to place books I have downloaded from Nls onto the stream. When using the humanware companion, Jaws announces no books are available for transfer even  though the books are in my documents where they are always placed. I also tried putting the books on an sd card without using the humanware companion. The stream did not list the new books even though they were on the sd card. I would appreciate any suggestions for alleviating this problem. Thank you.
