[Dtb-talk] converting Victor Reader Stream Note files

I know of no mac program that can convert the streams notes at this  
time for not only are they 3gp file format but they employ a  a  
special kind codac for which there is no Mac version yet. The use of  
this was done because it gives good playback of voice at lower  
bitrates making the files smaller.
