[Dtb-talk] More on NLS and International Interlibrary loan

This latest reply makes murky water even murkier---and suggests that  
there is a "deal" (or extreme caution w.r.t. Digital Millenium  
matters) behind these short memos.  I'll be interested what they say  
about making Daisy books from cassettes!!

One can only hope that the Copyright conference (or whatever) in  
Zürich will produce better international sharing etc etc.  The US made  
useful noises in the presentation.
