One uses the standard iTunes file-sharing mechanism:  One downloads the Daisy file to one's computer, fires up iTunes with one's iPhone or iPod Touch connected, selects the Apps radio button under the Device tab for the device and uses the buttons there to transfer the book to the iDevice.
