Yes, I used it last week to read a book, however, the farther I read the
slower the narration was using the voices, did not try with Voice Over.  I
do have the app and will use it again.

Rose, have you looked into the Bookshare app Read to  Go. It is far from
perfect, but is another option. You can find an audio review at All with My
IPhone.com.
