[Dtb-talk] voice at the beginning of commercial audio books

Having third party companies read the books instead of contracting them out
to the traditional companies is an economic move on NLS part. The book is
read so why not contract with other third parties instead of having someone
read the book again. If NLS can get the book off the shelf so to speak the
patron gets the book on their shelves faster.
