I'm a power user also, and I am coming to the conclusion that power users 
should probably just have two ereaders and swap them out, as in, having a 
day and a night reader, as the battery life of just one reader only gets a 
power reader through half a 24-hour period. It also seems like the BookSense 
battery life is more like eight hours, despite being advertised as higher 
(and this is while just reading, not recording or doing anything that might 
be using more power).
