[Dtb-talk] Fwd: [BARD-Support] BARD outage

I believe the outage is primarily due to Library of Congress -- they 
are a small part of a very large system -- I presume it would be too 
expensive to replicate the entire system.  And ... no one will die if 
they can't get books for 3 days.
