Here is a link to a webpage introduction to the old Taylor Mathematical Slate which was once in common use to teach math. The site also has a Taylor Slate font for printing the instructions and for displaying the web page. If anyone has any more information on the Taylor Slate, its use or where they might be obtained today please let me know.
