[Dtb-talk] Failure deleting books from Victor Stream.

If you are downloading Daily with Images, the images folder stays in the
folder and therefore the folder cannot be deleated.

Other times, when there is no images folder, I notice than an empty folder
remains. This takes up virtually no space and does not cause much of a
problem. I just delete the empty folders, periodically.

I call this a minor bug. If that is the worst thing I have to worry about, I
feel I am doing just fine. Hail Bookshare and Hail the Victor Reader Stream.

I'm having a similar issue. I have no problem deleting NLS books. I hit
delete and the book is gone and doesn't show up on the SD card. However,
when I read a text file downloaded from bookshare, something different
happens. I delete the book and it no longer shows up in the listing of
documents; however, when I go onto the SD card itself, it's still there and
I have to use my laptop to delete the file. Why does this happen with the
bookshare stuff but not NLS?

Have you checked the little slider on the side of the card itself?
This will actually lock the card so that it cannot be written to, or deleted
from. It happens sometimes.
