[Dtb-talk] Failure deleting books from Victor Stream.

Can anyone help with this issue?

For some reason we cannot delete DAISY books from the SD card of our Victor Stream. When selecting this function Stream announces something like "delete denied". The files are not deleted. All other functions seem to work.

Obviously this is unacceptable. Why does this happen and how is it overcome?
