[Dtb-talk] Draft of WIPO treaty in DAISY and Braille formats

The Association for the Blind of Western Australia and the Commonwealth Braille & Talking Book Cooperative are please to be able to offer the Draft Text of an International Instrument/Treaty On Limitations and Exceptions for Visually Impaired Persons/Persons with Print Disabilities (SCCR/25/2 Rev.) in DAISY digital talking book format and in grade 2 UEB Braille.

This is the treaty that has been under negotiation for some time by the World Intellectual Property Organisation and was promoted by the World Blind Union. It deals with the international exchange of Braille, talking books and other accessible media.

The files are available inFull text full audio DAISY 2.02 digital talking book format as well as grade 2 Unified English Braille formatted to standard A4 paper.
