[Dtb-talk] More formats of BARD Mobile Users Guide

Hello;

In addition to the DAISY and other formats of the BARD Mobile Users Guide that were released earlier we have now added the following: 

ePub 3 with media overlays. These overlays are the recording of the narration as well as the images.

A link to the m3u playlist. This link can be used to stream the book to VLC or similar media playback systems.
