Yes. Some persons don't like the US English voice -- she used to be called
Samantha. I don't mind her. You might try the Australian voice or the UK
voice -- Karen and Daniel, respectively. I personally like Karen but find
Daniel damned arrogant.

Glad you have some relief. I got my iPhone 5 last May and have noticed no
degradation in quality other than the glitch I mentioned the other day.

Hi Mike,

I just thought I would mention that I returned my iPhone 5s to T-Mobile and
exchanged it for another one. At least on this phone I was able to download
the enhanced quality which seem to improve some of the voices but the US
English is still pretty poor.
