Dear DAISY Consortium Members, Friends and supporters,

The DAISY Consortium General Meeting of 2018 will take place in the afternoon of June 12 at the Intercity Hotel, Leipzig, Germany.

The General Meeting is made up of the Full Members and Associate Members. Friends and supporters may attend as observers. If you wish to attend as an observer, please contact me by email to reserve your place. You can write to rorme at daisy.org<mailto:rorme at daisy.org> by May 18 at the latest.

Members may submit motions for the General Meeting in writing to rorme at daisy.org<mailto:rorme at daisy.org>, not later than three weeks before the date of the meeting.

## DAISY board meeting

June 11 and June 12, Intercity Hotel, Leipzig, Germany

The meeting of the DAISY board will be conducted on Monday 11 June, and in the morning of Tuesday 12 June. Our meetings are open to observers, though space is limited, and the board reserves the right for some agenda items to be in private. ## Accessible EPUB meeting

June 12, Intercity Hotel, Leipzig, Germany

All are welcome to attend a discussion on the current status of EPUB accessibility in different countries, and to learn about the practical approaches being used to enable specialist and mainstream content producers to deliver accessible publications.

## Easy Access: Building Bridges for Better Access to Information

June 13, University of Leipzig, Leipzig, Germany

For visually impaired and blind students and teachers the availability of accessible study materials is the precondition of academic success. We would like to dedicate our symposium to this important topic of creating the "inclusive university" in a practical way and discuss possibilities of accessible publishing of study materials.

## DAISY Music Braille Round Table

A discussion and planning session on the future direction of standards and tools for the production and sharing of music braille files, based on the research findings so far.
