Here is a bit more information on these books I culled out of the Library of Congress databases"

Here is a link to the full catalog record for the title:

The room where it happened [sound recording] : a White House memoir / John Bolton. Which should be DB 99187 but for which there is no record in the current BARD system.

https://www.loc.gov/cgi-bin/zgate.nls?present+47775974+Default+1+1+F+1.2.840.10003.5.10+1+//www.loc.gov/cgi-bin/zgate.nls%3fACTION%3dINIT%26FORM_HOST_PORT%3d/prod/www/data/nls/newwebsiteformtemplates/quicksearch.html,lx2.loc.gov,210

The bard link is: http://hdl.loc.gov/loc.nls/db.99187 which return nothing.

Here is the link to the full record of the title:

Too much and never enough [sound recording] : how my family created the world's most dangerous man / Mary L Trump. Which should be DB 99251

https://www.loc.gov/cgi-bin/zgate.nls?present+47775974+Default+2+1+F+1.2.840.10003.5.10+5+//www.loc.gov/cgi-bin/zgate.nls%3fACTION%3dINIT%26FORM_HOST_PORT%3d/prod/www/data/nls/newwebsiteformtemplates/quicksearch.html,lx2.loc.gov,210

The bard link is http://hdl.loc.gov/loc.nls/db.99251

So the upshot is there are Library of congress records for these titles, they have been given DB numbers and have full bibliographic records within the library of Congress cataloging systems but are not accessible from the BARD download page. Had this been just the case of a single title I would be more willing to dismiss this as a simple matter of handling recordings and processing them into the system. However given that both of these titles are highly critical of the president and the administration went so far as to attempt to quash the publication of each I grow suspicious
