I have to say that it strike me as almost unbelievable that the same 
technical issue would appear in two books at the same time and both books 
were dealing with the current administration in a critical fashion and both 
book were subject of legal attempts to quash their publication by the 
administration. I mean what are the odds of that?

I think we will need more information here.
