[DTB-Talk] Download Speeds

After one of the recent upgrades, I seem to get slower download speeds than was once the case when using BARD Express.  My internet connection has not changed and I have not noticed any other problems.  Does anybody know if perhaps some sort of governor on download speed was put in place, especially if one downloads a dozen books at once?
