[Electronics-talk] Police Scanner radios.

Hi Listers, Ken with a question.  My Scanner is Caput, when I turned  it on 
one day not even a hum came out to tell me power was going in to it.   Does 
anyone on list know what the latest and most feature packed scanners  are?  
Especially want something that will monitor a trunked system like the  NJ State 
police and northstar Medivac use.  Along with the things I usually  listen to 
like local police, fire and even a short-wave and scanner listeners  net on the 
two meter band.  Also do any of the scanners with wide band also  pick up the 
new HD stations on FM?  Ken.
