My suggestion would be to pick up a metronome.  I have one that plays an A
when you turn it to a particular setting.  I don't know the brand off hand,
but I'm sure it would be easy to find one that is capable of doing this at a
music store near you.  Sorry, I don't know of any device that will actually
indicate when you are in tune.

Is anyone aware of any device which aids a blind user to tune a guitar to
the correct key?  These are easily found for general use, but use flashing
lights which become steady when the various strings have reached the proper
pitch.  Flashing lights don't help much, so wondering if there is such a
device which emits a tone or something?
