Subject: [Electronics-talk] SAP and the program guide?

Hi listers, ken here. Have a question. I just got a box installed in
my
room so I can now see the higher digital channels. I was wondering if
a
user who is blind can access the program guide or more accurately can I
see
which on demand movies are freebies, and also when listening to the
audio
music channels can I use that same feature to hear what's playing?
likely
won't use the SAP because I don't think to many movies are audio
described.
I have only seen turner classic and some of the Law and order shows on
TNT
audio described. it will say so in the TV listings on Newsline.

I pledge to participate actively in the efforts of the national
federation
of the blind to achieve equality, opportunity, and security for the
blind;
to support the policies and programs of the federation; and abide by
it's
constitution.
