[Electronics-talk] accurate talking scale

To answer your question about consistent results with my ILA talking scale,
yes I do provided I use it consistently. If I shift weight while on the
scale it can be as much as 15 pounds off. Step on it with both feet centered
on the scale and keep absolutely still. I place a finger against a solid
surface without putting either upward or downward pressure to steady myself.
The results since I've been doing it this way has always been within less
than one pound, so long as I do it every day at the same time, normally in
the morning when I get up.
Of course, after eating, with clothes on will always add pounds. I've been
watching myself lose 14 pounds over the past few months , always steadily
down with minor variations from day to day, which is to be expected.
