No one at all said anything like that. However the 70% of blind people who
are unemployed is also not the fault of the Federal Government nor that of
this list. Noone is saying that is anyone's problem. However what we are
saying is this. You have had plenty of time to prepare for this change. Just
has the rest of America. So in all actuality. This isn't something that is
directed at anyone spasificly on this list. It is directed at the 15 to 20%
of American's which this directly effects. You have had your time. Plenty of
it, I might add. Now, your time is up. The game is over.
