As do most LG phones with Verizon it has the advanced voice recognition 
AVR system that gives you access to most menu items to the second or 
third level. Most function including contact management are all spoken 
to you.

The main difference in the ENV series phones is the ability to send and 
receive text messages with speeck. The phone will read you incoming text 
messages and provide key by key feedback on outgoing ones.
