[Electronics-talk] i-tunes program

Hi, Bryan:
I've been having trouble with the ITunes program myself. When I looked on
the web for possible solutions, I found others saying that it isn't Windows
that's causing the trouble. It's ITunes. So, you have the proverbial, "It's
your fault, not mine," going on between the two companies. And from what I
understand, there seems to be no solution. Except, of course, buy an Apple
PC.

The problem I'm having is when I hook my IPod up to the computer and launch
ITunes, ITunes crashes. I've tried all avenues I know of to try to remedy
or bypass this problem; to no avail. Apple's tech support said that it has
to be a Microsoft issue.
Vince
