AT and T have a similar program with mobile speaks instead of talks.
They have about 3 phones.  Their website is very old, so did not give it to
you.  you can call the disability customer center at 1-866-241-6568

What similar options are available for AT&T/cingular users as I'm not 
wanting to change carriers as I have bundled services.
