Press and hold the Play (enter) button (center of the navigation disk on
the front of the unit).
The voice menu will tell where you are, and you use the cursor keys to
point to various settings; press the middle button to select.

Ultimately, consulting the manual is the best bet.


BlindCoolTech.com has some podcasts dealing with the ds-50.

hi,

my olympus ws-310 came out before the talking ds-50 and it has had a
tough life.
i took the hit and bought the ds-50 and am impressed with it.
Does the voice speak the different recording modes or is that feature
only settable by someone with vision?
