How does the new iPod Shuffle with speech already built into it work
then? I assumed it was the same as the iPod Nano.

The review at
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2009/03/11/new-ipod-shuffle-unveiled_n_173930.html,
says the speech works as follows:

Here's how it works: As you synchronize a new Shuffle using an updated
version of iTunes, your PC or Mac looks at each track and playlist and
creates a small file of a computerized voice speaking the title, artist
or playlist name.

This sounds to me like it works the same as the iPod Nano. I Don't have
a Shuffle myself, so I'm curious as to how it works.
