Brian:

Are you trying to download individual songs from a CD? If so, I have been told by FS tech support that such can't be done. That the problem lies with iTunes. I do find iTunes works better with Window-Eyes. Also , there is a list serve dedicated to  I pods and accessibility issues. I don't have the address with me now. Maybe someone  on this list can share the address with you.

tried using itunes 8.1.1 with jaws 10.0.1142u and it still sucks.
are people using sighted assistance or some other method to choose which files are checked for syncing with your ipod?
the checked status is still not spoken by jfw10.0.1142.

what you are trying to do.  I have no problem listening to the radio and

I just imported songs into ITunes from a file I had created when I ripped
them from CD's and downloaded MP3's.
I think the only solution is to go Apple--which is something I'm
considering, since one doesn't have to keep buying SMA's for screen readers.
That decision will be happening soon.  The laptop is almost 8 years old.

Is there someone from this group knows of a simple program that is able to
blend music tracks onto CD's using MP3 files, without having a gap between
each slection of the songs when blended, without using cross fade? I have
noted from my sighted peers, they used a program that is able to do such,
only costing a lot of money when doing so, and knowing there many of us that
isn't able to afford such a progran

If you use the mouse cursor, can you see a graphic change when you do a
left-click on a tune?
