The  Motorola Q  is old phone and has some hardware issues with it.  If it
was me I would get them to get you the HTC ozone phone.  This phone is lots
newer and much better in hardware and software.

hmm wondder why they didn't give you an HTC ozone. The one thye gave you is
not even  sold anymore, but I think on there page you could get the info.
