[Electronics-talk] Satellite TV, Direct TV specifically

When electronids manufacturers and cable or satellite regulators are faced 
with fines and penalties they will cover the costs for necessary 
modifications. They make enough profits at the expense of consumers where 
they can and should be made to manufacture accessible devices and provide 
accessible programs without added expense to customers with disabilities. 
The problem is that these companies have not been held accountable for their 
lack of service.
