you want the return of the caller id announcing over the handset.  Now they 
will try to say its hardware that is crap to put it nicely after about 20 
minutes he admitted as much.  so stay firm keep drillin your point DO NOT 
BACK DOWN!! I also have another project i would like peoples help if there
