[Electronics-talk] Help with Grundig Talking attomic watch!

Hi,

I got an atomic watch for my husband a few years ago.  It set itself right away once I set the talking time.  On the other hand, I've had the talking clocks that were advertised as being atomic, but I had to set them each time we changed batteries or changed the time.  It can be hit or miss.

You might try placing it in a window over night and see if that works.

I've just received a grundig talking attomic watch with an expanssion rist band!  My question is I'm having trouble with it picking up the attomic digital signal for the USA EST!  It doesn't update for me  What do I do?  I set the global signal to EST time before bed and laid the thing face down on a flat surface and that didn't work!  Please help!
